Welcome to Matanzas Property Solutions. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services

Matanzas Property Solutions provides junk removal, cleanouts, light demolition, pressure washing, storm cleanup, landscaping, and related property services. Services are provided based on the scope agreed upon in advance, either through written estimate, phone, text, or email confirmation.

Estimates & Pricing

  • All pricing is based on volume, labor, and disposal fees.

  • Estimates are provided before work begins. Pictures are encouraged to help provide accurate estimates; however, on-site inspections may be required for larger jobs.

  • Final pricing may change if the actual scope of work differs from the original estimate (e.g., hidden debris, additional labor, or unforeseen circumstances).

Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Payments are processed through Housecall Pro or other approved payment methods.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Unpaid balances and/or late payments are subject to a $75 late fee

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $75 fee charged to the card on file. 

Items We Cannot Remove

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot remove hazardous materials such as:

  • Chemicals, paints, and solvents

  • Gasoline, propane, or fuel tanks

  • Asbestos-containing materials

  • Certain medical or biological waste

If hazardous items are discovered during service, we may stop work until proper arrangements are made.

Property Access

The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. This includes driveways, entrances, and the areas where work will be performed. If access is limited, additional charges may apply.

Liability & Damages

  • We take great care to complete services safely. However, Matanzas Property Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden structural issues, or items not designated for removal that are accidentally mixed into debris piles.

  • For demolition services, the client is responsible for confirming permits (if required) and verifying that structures are safe to remove.

Weather & Delays

In cases of severe weather or unsafe working conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule services. Clients will be notified as soon as possible if delays occur.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can make it right.

All content on our website, including text, photos, and logos, is the property of Matanzas Property Solutions and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of the use of our services shall be handled in accordance with Florida law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services means you agree to the revised terms.
